Sew Crafty is the perfect place for kids to celebrate, create, and have a blast. Our camps and parties are packed with hands-on sewing, crafting, and design activities that spark imagination and keep little creators fully engaged. Whether it’s a birthday party, a special event, or a creative camp day, kids get to explore new skills, enjoy a magical creative experience, and proudly take home something they made themselves. Every celebration at Sew Crafty is designed by a certified teacher, ensuring it’s fun, meaningful, and unforgettable.

Project Based Learning

Project: Repurposed Fashion/Barbie Fashion Show

Each project is designed by a certified teacher to support meaningful, hands-on learning during every Sew Crafty camp and party. Activities are intentionally structured to build creativity, problem-solving skills, and confidence while keeping TEKS in mind. You can even customize your party to match a fun theme or tailor your camp to a specific lesson plan for an extra-special experience. By the end of the celebration, kids proudly take home a project they made themselves — a keepsake of their imagination and hard work.

We offer a variety of projects

Designed by a certified teacher, each project blends project-based learning with sewing and crafting, thoughtfully tailored to each age group to ensure age-appropriate, engaging experiences for kids and teens ages 2–18. Our projects evolve throughout the year. Check Instagram or TikTok to see what students are creating now.

These suggested session times serve as general guidelines. Project completion may vary depending on each student’s pace, creativity, and skill level—some projects may take longer, while others may be completed more quickly.

The recycling symbol highlights our sustainable, eco-friendly projects, which focus on repurposing old clothing and furniture to support sustainable creativity.

Let’s Celebrate

To celebrate campers’ and party-goers’ hard work, we end each program with a special showcase of their choice — a fashion show, a creative photo shoot, or a lemonade-stand-style fair where they can display or “sell” their creations. This confidence-boosting finale gives every child a moment to shine and share what they’ve made. It’s an unforgettable experience that highlights their creativity and growth, and it’s also a wonderful way to boost parent engagement as families get to see, cheer for, and celebrate their child’s accomplishments.
